Hi, I am Adam Redhead.

I developed the Ultimate Health Network to help people with diabetes control their weight and blood sugar.

The reason I created this site was to help folks like yourself lose weight and control your blood sugars. You can achieve maximal health through your diet and exercise regimes. To do this, I am going to share my personal experiences with you and what I have discovered over the years through my own “trial and error” experiments.

I also ask that if I ever say anything that captures your interest, get involved within my site. I love to talk about dieting and health and if you have anything interesting that you want to share or any opinions of any of the content I have created on my site, please do speak up. How it all started

In 2015 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.

Two weeks before that I was losing weight. I actually thought it was from the cross fit I was doing and the gallon of water a day challenge.

When I reported to my doctor he told me my sugar levels was in the 400s with an A1C of 14.

I was Like Wow!

From that day on I promised to eat healthy and make sure my diet was in check as well as my blood sugar levels. And to educate myself thoroughly on how to manage type 2 diabetes.

While I was doing that I was constantly on the look for material (both videos and articles) on different ways to manage this disease.

I love reading and educating myself and wanted to share what I had learnt and share it online as the information may help someone.
