At least 60 to 70% of people int he world are overweight or obese. That is a huge percentage and many people who need to shed little or a lot of fat. The only way to do this is one pound at a time!
In today's world everybody is looking for a quick cure to their weight loss problems.
We would try anything that promises instant results. However, miracle weight loss products are huge scams! They may help some people shed some water weight initially. The fat is not going anywhere at all.
For those of you who have tried most of the weight loss diets or have one in mind to try, consider all the people who have tried the same diets and failed.
The number one reason for failure is lack of discipline..... The inability to stick with the diet.
A lot of us have become yo-yo dieters. We try one diet at a time for a while, lose a few pounds then quit resulting in gaining back all of the weight we lost and then some. After, we move to another diet. This process is repeated over and over and over again. With each new attempt at the new diet there is often more weight to lose than there was initially!.

So you want to lose weight successfully? One thing you must realize is that there are no miracle diets or prodcuts that will blast away the fat. Remember you didn't gain the weight overnight so you are not going to lose the weight overnight. Effort is required to lose fat one pound at a time. Even if you shed those pound initially you will have to keep at it to control the weigh and wish to keep the fat off.
It has been reported in Consumer Reports.org which rates various popular diets, Cathy Nonas, R.D., M.S., (an obesity researcher at North General Hospital in New York) states, “The best diet is the one you can stay on.” Consumer Reports goes on to say that “adherence is important…To maintain lost weight, dieters must permanently reduce their calorie intake, because they will need fewer calories to fuel their now-smaller body.”
Fad dietes always fail in the end. I personally have found that eating sensibly works best! If you want to lose weight one pound at a time keep it off and feel good you need to cut down on the empty calories. We need to consume more raw vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Stay away from the fats and processed sugary or salty snacks. Limit your portion size and definitely avoid having second helpings. You can stick with this method and live the rest of your life.
Of course you will have a few lifestyle changes to make and work more on being disciplined in your eating habits but in the end it will be worth it! You will look better, feel better. Your confidence would return and you will be unstoppable.
Wouldn’t it be worth giving up that 44-ounce Coke and that huge order of greasy French fries for a healthier, happier you?
If you can't do without a few french fries and coke now and then treat yourself to a small serving. Cut back on calories somewhere else that day. Occasionally, it’s okay to indulge. But, if you seriously want to shed the extra fat and keep it off, be conscious about everything you put into your mouth.
